Error: 'OutOfMemoryException' while executing TDI execution package in Orchestration¶

Symptoms:¶

Error while running a Timextender Data Integration execution package via Timextender Orchestration. Execution error:

Cause:¶

A scheduled execution was stuck in running, causing the system to return an "OutOfMemoryException".

Resolution:¶

1. Concurrent Executions: check if other execution packages are running simultaneously.
2. Memory Usage:check for spikes in memory usage in Task Manager during the execution.
3. Adjust Execution Package Settings: Lower the threads for the execution package
4. Timeout Settings: Increase the timeout settings for your Ingest and Prepare instances in the TDI portal.
5. Scale Up Application VM: Increase the resources for the VM running the execution service.
